Terms & Conditions

We advise all customers to carefully read the below Terms & Conditions before placing an order with Just Joy Designs. Once an order is placed and the deposit is paid, you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms & Conditions.
Just Joy Designs reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect once posted on the website & it is your responsibility to read the Terms & Conditions on each occasion you use this website.
All orders placed with Just Joy Designs will be subject & in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage.


PDF &/or JPEG proofs are sent via email, unless specifically requested. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, wording, spelling & grammar. If final designs are approved with type errors & subsequently printed, Just Joy Designs takes no responsibility & will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required they will be charged for in full. Therefore we would always encourage that you check spelling & wording thoroughly & perhaps have a friend check it over too.
Design & proofing is timely & has been factored into pricing. We provide 3 proofs with 2 revisions which are included in the estimate. From thereafter additional proofs are charged at £15.00 each and can alter your final invoice. Therefore we would recommend that you carefully check before each revision request for any errors & any design alteration. We encourage you to make as many edits as possible in each revision as this will ultimately reduce your final cost. Any delay in returning approval of proofs may result in a delay to producing your order.
Please note the colour that appears on your computer screen may differ from printed colour copies. We recommend ordering a printed sample of your stationery if you are uncertain about the colour. One complimentary sample will be printed/sent at your request, further samples will be at your cost. Different printed batches may vary slightly in colour & tone. This is something we cannot be held accountable for.

Quotes & Payment

All costs are quoted in & are to be paid in pounds sterling, by cheque, bank transfer or in person with credit card machine.
We will provide you with an estimate for the work you require. With your approval to proceed you will be sent an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the estimate which will secure our time to work with you up until your wedding date. Receipt of this deposit signifies your agreement to our Terms & Conditions & digital design work will commence.
You will then receive your first digital proof & card samples will be sent via post. If you do not like the card samples, we can source alternatives for you. However, this may incur additional costs and may delay production. If you approve the card samples & move onto the second proof, the deposit is non refundable.
If, on receipt of the first proof & card samples you decide to cancel your order you will be refunded the deposit in full within seven business days of receiving your bank details.
Depending on how the work progresses the final invoice may vary from the estimate. Changes that can effect the final invoice include, but are not limited to, exceeding revisions, quantity change, change of paper type & hand finishing. If the final invoice is lower than the paid deposit you will receive the appropriate refund.
From approval of your final proof you will receive the final invoice. On payment of the invoice balance, we take this to confirm there are no further edits to make and physical production will commence. From this point no further changes can be made and the payment is non refundable. If you require any edits and printing has already commenced the production fee element of the invoice will have to be paid again in full.
Your wedding stationery will be ready for collection or delivery within 2-4 weeks. If you are working to a tighter time scale we are happy to accommodate, but some schedules may incur a rush fee. Please mention your time scale on your initial enquiry.
Just Joy Designs cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment.


All stationery artwork & designs are copyright of Just Joy Designs, they may not be reproduced in any form without prior permission from Just Joy Designs. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs will be pursued.
It is the clients responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, such as the words of hymns or poems which are to be featured in the stationery.


The utmost care is taken when packaging your stationery & will always be delivered using a secure method: whether that be by Royal Mail Signed Delivery or hand delivery.
Alternatively, if you wish, you can collect from our design studio or if you live nearby we can deliver. Please note, this is during the hours of 10am-8pm, please make prior arrangement.

Cancellations, Loss or Damage

The deposit is non refundable on commencement of the second proof. The final payment is non refundable when the print run has commenced.
Just Joy Designs cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been dispatched.
Just Joy Designs reserves the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products & services by posting images of your stationery on our Social Media outlets and web site blog. However, we will never share any of your personal information with third parties, although images may have some details that are visible. We will not use any of these images until after your wedding date. Please advise us if you do not want us to post images or write about your designs. We will always respect your privacy.
